Easy Chicken Pot Pie from Bisquick

Tonight's cuisine du jour is courtesy of the adorable Bisquick cookbook purchased on a whim. This is another quick fix and turned out to be incredibly yummy!

Bisquick crust, cream of chicken soup, cooked chicken, frozen mixed veggies. Bing, bang, done! The crust was a tad thick, but next time I think cutting the Bisquick portion in half will fix that problem.

Overall a decent, warm dinner for a chilly winter night. Serve with salad or extra veggies to give a little more substance. It's supposed to serve 6, I cut it into 8 pieces and half was leftover.
