Lately, the family has really been enjoying the "flavor" of Mexican food. We usually eat Mexican food at least twice a week. Tonight I decided to take a favorite of mine and "Hungry Girl" it. Taco Bell offers a really yummy grilled stuffed burrito with decadent gobs of cheese, sour cream, and taco sauce all melted together within a tortilla. YUMMAGE!!!!! But the caloric intake isn't probably super awesome for me & the fam.Enter Hungry Girl, who designs fabulous recipes, some of which, are loosely based on yummy food out there in the "bad for us" realm. She has designed a variety of delicious recipes that are quick, easy, and good for us. The cheesy beefy supreme wrap is no exception. This is probably one of the easiest recipes she offers. It really has minimum prep and cook time (maybe 10 minutes from start to finish, and that includes "gathering" the ingredients and clean up!)
The ingredients are ridiculously simple: pre-made taco meat(leftover taco meat is PERFECT), FF cheese, FF sour cream, low-fat tortilla, taco sauce & 1/2 a wedge of Laughing Cow swiss cheese. Simple, to the point, and delicious. I serve this yummy wrap up with green salad and a tablespoon of salsa. Pretty darn tasty!
